Latent Motion was officially founded by Brett Barros as a Limited Liability Company on January 10th, 2007. The company represents the latest evolution of his web consulting business, beginning over a decade ago with Matrym Web Design and later Digital Partners LLC. While the company primarily consults in the city of Boston, MA and town of Princeton, NJ, its legal headquarters are located in the state of Delaware.

Barros, the CEO and Project Manager, is a former MIT web developer and continues to consult with their Information Services & Technology (IST) department. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University’s Advertising program and accordingly applies a sales-driven focus to all of his work.

Latent Motion’s Lead Programmer and former MIT web programmer Gordon Clark is currently completing his last semester of Computer Science at Northeastern University. He has experience developing software applications in numerous languages, but now focuses on web applications using PHP and MySQL.

Additional consultants are employed according to the difficulty, timeline, and breadth of each project. Said consultants always operate under the supervision of the aforementioned team leaders and work with quality coming first and foremost.
